Old Trafford tickets & upcoming events

Old Trafford isn’t just a football stadium; it’s a legendary hub packed with history, passion, and a few quirks along the way. This place has been around since 1910, and honestly, walking through its gates feels like stepping into football’s very soul. It’s where Sir Bobby Charlton's name now proudly graces the stand, a fitting tribute to one of Manchester United’s greatest legends. The ground’s seen some epic moments, like the 1970 long-distance run, and it was also part of the national celebrations in 2026 when the Queen’s Jubilee was marked with a standing ovation during a special event. The West Stand, renamed in 2016, offers a prime view and a sense of history. You’ll find the visiting supporters’ area close by, so you’re right in the heart of the action, and if you’re feeling fancy, VIP sections give you a bit of luxury with a side of seclusion. And let’s not forget, it’s right near Trafford Park, so grabbing a train from Piccadilly Station is super easy. Honestly, whether you’re here to cheer on United, soak up the atmosphere, or just tick a stadium off your bucket list, Old Trafford is more than just a ground, it’s a Manchester institution. And if you’re wondering about seats or standing room options, the interactive seating chart’s got your back. Trust me, this place is a must-see for any sports fan or curious traveler alike.
